MULTAN:Newly appointed Deputy Commissioner Aamir Kareem Khan directed officers of different departments to pursue open door policy to resolve public problems.
He was chairing an introduction meeting after assuming charge of the office, here on Saturday.
He got a detailed briefing about different under-construction uplift projects across the district. The deputy commissioner remarked that it was honour for him to serve in the city of saints. He stated that he would focus on betterment of infrastructure to facilitate citizens.
The steps for development of the district would be taken as per vision of Punjab government. He directed departments to pursue open door policy to address people’s issues. Similarly, he also instructed them to seek feedback from masses during field visits.
He urged officers to work with dedication and provide maximum facilitation to the masses.
