ISLAMABAD:National Productivity Organization (NPO) would organize an online session on “Efficient work Management” on Wednesday August 25.
The work management is the intersection of the business and team process to structure work flow so that teams works more efficiently, according to NPO document.
The training would provide information about what is work and management, steps to efficient work management, work time management, work team management, work base communication flow, work base documentation flow, work base risk management, work plan development, work ministering plan and there would be open discussion, videos case study and presentation.
The session would be attended by senior management, middle management, teams leaders and supervisors.
