KARACHI: Total liquid foreign reserves of the country stand at $ 26.40206 billion, says State Bank of Pakistan.
SBP’s weekly statement issued here on Thursday said that on Sept. 17, the foreign reserves holding by State Bank amounted to $ 19, 543.4 million. The net
foreign reserves held by commercial banks were $ 6, 859.2 million.
During the week ending on Sept. 17, SBP reserves decreased by $ 479 million to $ 19, 543.4 million, mainly due to external debt repayments.
