PESHAWAR:Chief Justice Peshawar High Court (PHC) Qaiser Rashid on Monday cancelled bail-before-arrest of an accused involved in giving bogus cheques worth Rs 3.75 million.
Accused Sultan ud Din had given cheques to Sohrab Khan, resident of Uppr Dir and purchased plots in Peshawar City Residentia. The cheuqes were later dishonored by the bank.
Chief Justice PHC after hearing the arguments of the advocates of both parties cancelled the bail plea of the accused and ordered his arrest. The accused was arrested from inside the premises of PHC.
