ISLAMABAD:Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) and Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) on Wednesday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to implement the e-filing and office automation system of the national flag carrier.
The agreement was signed by PIA’s Chief Executive Officer Air Marshal Arshad Malik and the PITB’s official concerned, according to a video clip attached with a tweet posted by the PIA on its official account.
Under the MoU, the PIA said it would help maintain ‘totally digitized record,’ ensure greater transparency and accountability in its organizational matters.” It is part of PIA’s vision for paperless workflow.”
