MUZAFFARABAD:The Professor of AJK University Dr. Nisar Hamdani has challenged appointment of the Vice Chancellor AJK University Dr. Kaleem Abbasi in AJK High Court.
The AJK High court has issued the notices to both the parties here on Wednesday and fixed the next hearing on July 17, 2021 in this regard.
Professor Dr. Nisar Hamdani ,in his writ petition, has challenged the formation of search committee and the appointment procedure.
He adopted a stance that case was under trail before the formation of the research committee and termed it contempt of court and violation of the rule of law.
