ISLAMABAD:The Pakistan Tennis Federation (PTF) on Monday extended their heartfelt felicitations to the Pakistan cricket team for pulling-out a historical win against arch-rival India in their T20 Cricket World Cup encounter on Sunday.
Pakistan team outclassed India by 10 wickets in their opener of the T20 World Cup and broke the myth of not winning any game against the Men in Blue in the World Cups.
Salim Saifullah Khan President-PTF, the PTF Management and the tennis fraternity extended their heartfelt felicitations to the Pakistan team and their management for the historical victory against India, said a press release issued here.
President PTF said it was a matter of great pride and immense pleasure for the whole nation that our cricket team achieved this laurel.
He was also of the opinion that when merit was followed in the selection, then the results speak for themselves.
PTF wishes all the best to the national cricket team for their success in the remaining matches of the T20 World Cup.
