LAHORE: The Punjab University and Community World Service Asia (CWSA) have signed a memorandum of understanding to facilitate collaborative initiatives for provision of skills.
The MoU was signed at PU Vice Chancellor’s office while the VC Prof Dr Niaz Ahmed, Head of External Affairs CWSA Brig (r) Tariq Aslam, Chairperson Department of Social Work Prof Dr Syeda Mahnaz Hassan, Director External Linkages Dr Sobia Khuram and othrs also were present .
Under the MoU, both the institutions would work for planning, learning, development and expansion which includes capacity enhancement, training, curriculum revision/development, institutional development, academic information sharing and knowledge exchange. The MoU is also aimed at enabling academia to integrate skill-based knowledge and to reflect the current dynamics of the sector into the existing programme.
