FAISALABAD: The price control magistrates imposed Rs 63, 000 fine on retailers over profiteering, here on Monday.
According to the district administration, the magistrates held over 798 inspections in various markets and bazaars in the district and detained 52 shopkeepers over violation of the price lists.
