MULTAN:Regional Police Officer (RPO) Javed Akbar Riaz has directed officers concerned
to implement transfer orders of all police officers and officials at the earliest.
Presiding over a meeting with heads of all branches of police department here on Saturday, the regional police officer said that protection of public lives and properties was top priority of the police and no negligence would be tolerated in this context. He directed officers to resolve public complaints and cooperate with the complainants.
He said that transfer and posting was part of job and ordered for implementation on transfer orders.
Later, in line with special directives of the RPO, 20 officers and officials were relieved from the regional office.
ADIG Sadia Saeed, DSP Legal Iftekhar Ahmed, PSO Muhammad Yousaf Bhatti, Assistant Director Abdul Raheem and other concerned officers were also present in the meeting.
