SARGODHA:The price control magistrate arrested six shopkeepers for profiteering and overcharging in various parts of city on Saturday.
According to official sources, magistrates inspected various points including Muhammadi market, Muqama-e-Hayyat and water supply road and found six shopkeepers — Muhammad Waqas, Ghulam Murtaza, Nazar Hayyat, Sher Afghan, Muhammad Tanveer and Ahsan — for overcharging and imposed fine on them.
Cases have been registered against the accused.
