SUKKUR:Chief Engineer Irrigation Sukkur Barrage Left Bank Region has informed that all the canals of Sukkur Barrage would remain closed from January 6th,2022 to 20th,2022 for the purpose of normal inspection/maintenance and necessary repair of infrastructure
He said the barrage pond will be reduced gradually from Zero hour of January 6,2022, its raising will again start from Zero hour of January 20,2022.
During the closure period, there will be no flow of water in any of the off-taking canals like N.W.Canal, Dadu Canal, Khairpur Feeder East, Khairpur Feeder West, Rohri Main Canal and Nara Canal of Sukkur Barrage.
