MUZAFFARGARH: Rescue officials recovered a corpse of an unknown youngster from the bank of Chenab River near Chowk Gopang Shehr Sultan on Thursday.
According to Rescue 1122 sources, getting information through rescue emergency call about a corpse of an unknown person in a tied gunny bag near Gopang Chowk, the rescue officials reached the spot and shifted the body to the hospital.
The body was identified as Ahmed Sher (35) s/o Khalil-Ur-Rahman.
However, police concerned have started the investigations into the case while it would be disclosed after the autopsy report that it was a murder case or not, police sources added.
