NEW YORK, Aug. 01, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) —

WHY: Rosen Law Firm, a global investor rights law firm, reminds purchasers of common stock of GRAIL, Inc. (NASDAQ: GRAL) between May 13, 2025 and February 19, 2026, inclusive (the “Class Period”), of the important August 4, 2026 lead plaintiff deadline.

SO WHAT: If you purchased GRAIL common stock during the Class Period you may be entitled to compensation without payment of any out of pocket fees or costs through a contingency fee arrangement.

WHAT TO DO NEXT: To join the GRAIL class action, go to https://rosenlegal.com/cases/grail-inc/join or call Phillip Kim, Esq. toll-free at 866-767-3653 or email [email protected] for information on the class action. A class action lawsuit has already been filed. If you wish to serve as lead plaintiff, you must move the Court no later than August 4, 2026. A lead plaintiff is a representative party acting on behalf of other class members in directing the litigation.

WHY ROSEN LAW: We encourage investors to select qualified counsel with a track record of success in leadership roles. Often, firms issuing notices do not have comparable experience, resources, or any meaningful peer recognition. Many of these firms do not actually handle securities class actions, but are merely middlemen that refer clients or partner with law firms that actually litigate the cases. Be wise in selecting counsel. The Rosen Law Firm represents investors throughout the globe, concentrating its practice in securities class actions and shareholder derivative litigation. Rosen Law Firm has achieved the largest ever securities class action settlement against a Chinese Company. Rosen Law Firm was Ranked No. 1 by ISS Securities Class Action Services for number of securities class action settlements in 2017. The firm has been ranked in the top 4 each year since 2013 and has recovered billions of dollars for investors. In 2019 alone the firm secured over $438 million for investors. In 2020, founding partner Laurence Rosen was named by law360 as a Titan of Plaintiffs’ Bar. Many of the firm’s attorneys have been recognized by Lawdragon and Super Lawyers.

DETAILS OF THE CASE: According to the complaint, defendants provided overwhelmingly positive statements to investors while, at the same time, disseminating materially false and misleading statements and/or concealing material adverse facts concerning the true state of GRAIL’s NHS-Galleri trial following the reveal of the top-line results covering the first screening round. Notably, as defendants have since attested, the trial as executed within the three-year follow-up period was insufficient to demonstrate the achievability of a reduction in Stage III-IV cancers; defendants disclosed the trial period, and thus the screening duration, was apparently insufficient to demonstrate whether the primary endpoint was achievable. Defendants further repeatedly refused to provide detailed topline results or other data from the NHS-Galleri study, potentially concealing known trendlines which arguably suggested either a longer timeline would be necessary or otherwise that the probability of achieving the statistical reduction in Stage III & IV cancers by the trial’s end had been reduced. When the true details entered the market, the lawsuit claims that investors suffered damages.

DETAILS OF THE CASE: According to the lawsuit, the claims against defendants arise from their misrepresentations and omissions regarding GeneDx’s statements regarding the impact of Fabric on the overall business of GeneDx. Throughout the Class Period, GeneDx repeatedly made statements that would have caused the average investor to believe that the Fabric acquisition would improve GeneDx’s financials and create efficiencies between it and GeneDx’s core business. These statements include such statements such as: “There is room to run in terms of reducing COGS in the future by combining the best of capability between GeneDx and Fabric as we lean into the best possible algorithms to optimize dry lab processes.” These and similar statements made throughout the Class Period were false. In truth, defendants knew of, or recklessly disregarded, significant problems in Fabric’s viability that would negatively impact GeneDx’s overall business and operations. When the true details entered the market, the lawsuit claims that investors suffered damages.

HAIKOU, China, August 01, 2026 /Xinhua-AsiaNet/– An economic and trade delegation from Hainan Province, China, wrapped up a five-day visit to Thailand and Indonesia on July 25. Focusing on the advantages of Hainan Free Trade Port policies, key industrial parks and investment opportunities, the delegation engaged in exchanges with relevant government agencies, business associations and enterprises in Southeast Asia, further expanding trade and investment cooperation between Hainan and ASEAN countries.

From July 22 to 25, the Thailand-China Cooperation Expo 2026 was staged at the IMPACT Convention and Exhibition Center in Bangkok. Hainan organized 12 enterprises to attend the expo and set up the Hainan Pavilion, where products such as coffee, agarwood items, coconut specialties, tropical foods and agricultural products, and collagen peptide series were displayed, presenting Hainan’s distinctive industries and brands to the Southeast Asian market.

The Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone signed a memorandum of cooperation with Chulalongkorn University, aiming to advance collaboration in international medical education, medical tourism and other fields.

In Jakarta, Indonesia, the delegation visited local business associations including the Indonesia China Business Council and the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Bilateral Committee for China (KIKT), and hosted the China (Hainan)-Indonesia Economic and Trade Cooperation Symposium. The event was attended by companies such as Indonesia National Investment Company, Yali Group, Lin’s Group, and KML Seafood Group, with discussions focused on potential cooperation in agriculture, pharmaceuticals, digital economy, and other sectors.
