52 notices served for SOPs violation against larva spread

MULTAN:At least 52 notices were served on multiple business units for violating Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) being maintained to control dengue virus spread across the division.

According to spokesman of the district administration, First Information Report was registered against Zong office located at Katchery road after recovering dengue larva outside there.

Commissioner Dr. Irshad Ahmad has ordered to expedite anti-dengue surveillance drive here. He directed local authority to let water not be allowed accumulate any place in four districts of the division.

He said dry and clean environment was guarantee to have safety from danger of dengue larva.

Meanwhile, a meeting with agenda of reviewing success of vaccination campaign against corona drive was arranged here with local Commissioner in the chair.

It was briefed on the occasion that 95 % target was achieved in first dose, while 87% maintained for the second dose of corona virus in the division.

Deputy Commissioners and director health services participated in the meeting and submitted their findings over situation emerged over post-corona disease.
