Islamabad:At least six people, including three children, were killed on Sunday in a traffic accident in Bhakkar district, Punjab.
According to a private news channel, an accident happened when a passenger bus collided with a car on Jhang Road near Mankira.
The collision was so severe that the car was completely destroyed, leaving no survivors among its occupants, who were all members of the same family.
The family was traveling from Mianwali to Mankira.
Rescue officials confirmed that a woman was injured in the crash and was swiftly transported to THQ Hospital Mankira for treatment.
Emergency responders had to cut through the wreckage to retrieve the victims from the mangled car. Police swiftly reached the spot, and further investigation was underway.
