Khanewal: The district administration has intensified efforts to issue Green Property Certificates to property owners. with 653 certificates issued out of 1. 043 applications received from citizens.
Deputy Commissioner Hina Arshad. while chairing a meeting to review progress on the initiative. directed the relevant departments to ensure prompt disposal of the remaining applications in accordance with legal and procedural requirements.
Additional Deputy Commissioner Revenue Fazal Abbas briefed the meeting that 1. 043 applications had so far been received. of which 653 had been processed.
The Deputy Commissioner also directed officials to raise public awareness about the Punjab government’s initiative for land and property documentation so that citizens could understand the procedure and benefit from the facility.
She stressed the importance of transparency and timely service delivery while ensuring that all applications were processed in accordance with the law.
