Sukkur: Shaista Baloch, Chairperson of Sukkur Step Foundation and a prominent social activist on Sunday distributed warm clothes and blankets among poor and needy men and women at her office in view of the severe cold wave.

Speaking to the media, she said that she had always been helping the poor and needy people from time to time. She said that blankets and warm clothes have been distributed among the deserving people in the current severe cold weather so that they can protect themselves from the cold.

Shaista Baloch further said that helping the poor and needy people gives her inner peace. She appealed to the affluent people to also come forward and help the poor and needy, as serving humanity is the greatest worship.
