Abbottabad: Following the special instructions of DIG Hazara Nasser Mehmood Satti and under the supervision of DPO Abbottabad Haroon Rasheed Khan, Abbottabad police on Sunday took timely action to locate three tourists who had lost their way at the popular tourist spot Miranjani Top in the Galyat region.

The tourists Zahid son of Umar Shehzad, Khanzada Shehan son of Naseer Ali Khan, and Umar son of Muhammad Ahmed, residents of Multan had gone missing on January 9 during sightseeing due to snowfall, hilly terrain, and difficult routes.

Upon receiving the information, Abbottabad police launched an immediate search operation. After two days of continuous efforts, all three tourists were safely found one by one and transferred to a secure location.

The tourists appreciated the professional skills of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police and their prompt rescue operation, expressing their gratitude for the assistance.
