Faisalabad: State Minister for Interior Senator Talal Chaudhary along with MNA Bilal Chaudhary has visited the residences of the newly elected president and general secretary of Jaranwala Bar Association Muhammad Arif Khan and Mehar Gulbaz Tariq Lurka following victory of his panel in the annual bar elections.

During visit, Talal Chaudhary congratulated the newly elected bar cabinet and expressed confidence that the new leadership would play an effective role in strengthening Jaranwala bar and addressing issues being faced by the legal fraternity.

He assured the office-bearers that problems of Jaranwala Bar Association would be resolved on priority basis besides in addition to civic issues of the city.

He minister said that all commitments made with the Islamic Lawyers Alliance would be fulfilled. The bar would also be taken into confidence regarding development projects planned for Jaranwala city, he added.

He emphasized that the lawyers were an important pillar of the society and their role in promoting justice and democracy could not be overlooked.

MNA Bilal Chaudhary said that the lawyers had always played a positive and responsible role for national security and stability.

He expressed hope that the newly elected bar leadership would continue to uphold democratic values and rule of law.
