Dera ismail khan: Under the supervision of District Police Officer (DPO) Dera Ismail Khan, Sajjad Ahmed Sahibzada, district police have continued indiscriminate operations against criminal elements.

According to police, Daraban Police, under the leadership of SP Sadar Muhammad Nawab Khan and SDPO Daraban Circle Inamullah Khan Gandapur, along with SHO Muhammad Ali Khan, conducted successful operations during routine patrolling.

During the action, police arrested Muhammad Sadiq, son of Abdul Latif, resident of Kot Isa Khan, and recovered 385 grams of Ice (crystal methamphetamine) from his possession.

In a separate action, police arrested Shakeel, son of Muhammad Ramzan, resident of Kot Isa Khan, and recovered one 9mm pistol along with ammunition.

Both accused were taken into custody and separate cases have been registered against them under relevant sections of the law. Further investigation is underway.

Police officials reaffirmed that operations against drug peddlers and illegal arms holders will continue without discrimination to ensure peace and public safety in the district.
