SARGODHA: The police on Sunday arrested seven alleged drug-traffickers and recovered liquor and weapons from them.
Police said that on the direction of District Police Officer Dr Rizwan Ahmed, teams of various police stations conducted raids and arrested the accused and recovered 380gm hashish, 30 litres of liquor and four pistols of 30-bore from them.
They were identified as Shahbaz, Tahir, Sajid Masih, Abdul Islam, Shan, Mudassar and Safdar.
Police have registered separate cases against them.
