Muzaffargarh:Construction of 89 shops has begun for poor fruit and vegetable sellers and cart vendors in Tehsil Chowk Sarwar Shaheed at a cost of Rs40 million.
Assistant Commissioner Chowk Sarwar Shaheed Iqbal Long told media that the shops were being built for low-income vendors.
He said the administration had prepared lists of eligible cart vendors, and the shops would be allotted through a balloting process. Quotas have also been reserved for women and minorities.
