Lahore: The accused in the murder case of the son of a private college owner in Lahore’s Defence area surrendered before the Lahore High Court on Thursday.
During the hearing of a bail application filed by Abdullah Ali, Justice Jawad Zafar was informed by the accused’s counsel that his client was willing to surrender before the police. The counsel requested permission to withdraw the bail plea, which the court allowed.
Following the court’s approval, the accused surrendered in the courtroom and was taken into custody.
Defence C police had registered a murder case against Abdullah Ali, who is accused of killing Ahmed Javed.
