Lahore: Taking action against fake enrollments in schools, the Lahore Education Authority has required all school heads to submit an affidavit confirming that no fake enrollments have been made.
The Education Authority has directed all school heads to submit a certificate regarding current enrollment figures.
In accordance with the directive, this certificate must be submitted to the relevant Secondary Education Officer in the form of an affidavit.
The Education Authority stated that if fake enrollment is proven in any school, the respective school head will be held responsible, and disciplinary action will be taken against them.
The Lahore Education Authority has set a target for schools to increase admissions by October 31, however, reports indicate that fake student enrollments had been carried out in some schools to meet these admission targets.
