AHMEDPUR EAST:Assistant Commissioner Iqra Nasir on Thursday inspected Chowk Munir Shaheed, Sadar Bazaar and Rehri Bazaar to assess sanitation arrangements, encroachments, traffic flow and public convenience in the commercial areas.
The visit was conducted on the directions of the Bahawalpur deputy commissioner and in line with the vision of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif to improve civic facilities and ensure a clean environment for citizens.
During the inspection, the assistant commissioner reviewed cleanliness arrangements and traffic management in the markets. She directed the relevant staff to ensure effective sanitation, address encroachments and take necessary measures to facilitate shoppers and traders.
The district administration is committed to maintaining clean public spaces, improving traffic flow and providing better civic facilities to residents, officials said.
