Gujrat: Anti-dengue activities continued in various villages of Gujrat district on the directions of Deputy Commissioner Gujrat Noor-ul-Ain Qureshi as part of efforts to prevent the spread of dengue.
According to the official source, the District Health Authority Gujrat conducted larviciding activities in Mauza Chechian Shams, Awana, Makrian, Chak Kral, Mauza Bora and Pyara.
The teams also carried out surveillance and larviciding activities in dengue-sensitive areas to prevent mosquito breeding. The health authorities intensified monitoring and preventive measures in vulnerable areas to control the spread of dengue.
