KOHAT:The district administration in Kohat on Saturday continued a grand anti-encroachment operation to improve traffic flow and movement of pedestrianS.
The anti-encroachment drive conducted under the supervision of Assistant Commissioner Naveed Ahmad was launched on the directives of Deputy Commissioner Nawaz Wazir.
In ongoing operation, encroachments and illegally constructed structures were removed from various roads of the city.
Officials of district administration said that actions against illegal use of public land and roads are being carried out in coordination with relevant departments.
Citizens have also been urged to refrain from establishing encroachments on government land and public roads and to cooperate with the administration in clearing public spaces.
