ARIFWALA:Assistant Commissioner Arifwala Sobia Falak Rao has directed revenue officials to ensure transparent, timely and public-friendly services, stressing that citizens must have uninterrupted access to efficient revenue facilities.
She expressed these views during a visit to the Tehsil Complex Arifwala on Wednesday, where she inspected office operations, the availability of official records and patwar offices. She also reviewed arrangements for facilitating citizens visiting the revenue offices.
The assistant commissioner also directed the concerned officials to promptly address public grievances and resolve revenue-related matters in accordance with prescribed rules and regulations. She emphasised the need to minimise unnecessary delays and ensure the timely disposal of cases.
Rao further stressed maintaining accurate and updated official records, adding that transparency, efficiency and effective service delivery must remain priorities in revenue administration.
