FAISALABAD: The Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (Fesco) caught an assistant sub-inspector (ASI) while stealing electricity in Chak Jhumra police limits. A Fesco spokesman said on Tuesday that a team conducted checking in Chak No 103-JB and found a consumer, Muhammad Amir, involved in stealing electricity direct from lines.
When the team tried to detach power connection and remove electricity supply meter, the accused produced resistance. Sub Divisional Officer (SDO) Chak Jhumra Subdivision No1 filed a complaint before police for the registration of a case.
