Lahore

LAHORE:An anti-terrorism court on Tuesday reserved its verdict in a case against Hafiz Kamran, an alleged member of a banned organisation, following the completion of trial proceedings in an explosives recovery case. ATC Judge Malik Abid Hussain heard the case as the accused was produced before the court from jail. The defence counsel also concluded final arguments. The court reserved its verdict and fixed November 5 for its announcement. According to the prosecution, the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD), Lahore, registered the case against the accused in 2024 after allegedly recovering explosive material from his possession. The CTD subsequently submitted a challan against the accused, alleging that he was associated with a banned organisation and involved in terrorist activities.
