ABBOTTABAD:Ayub Teaching Hospital (ATH) administration on Monday declared an emergency in response to the unfortunate bus accident in Kohistan which led to 27 individuals being brought to the emergency hospital.
This was disclosed by the ATH spokesperson Malik Saif ur Rehman in a press statement.
He said that hospital director Dr. Athar Lodhi along with a team was present at the hospital to monitor the emergency response.
The spokesman said that clear instructions have been issued to ensure that all necessary medical facilities and special care were provided to the injured in the Bisham bus accident.
The Ayub Teaching Hospital has taken immediate action by mobilizing its entire workforce, including personnel from various departments and the surgical unit.
Malik Saif said that the administration at Ayub Teaching Hospital has made arrangements to ensure a steady supply of essential medications and surgical disposables for the benefit of the injured patients.
