Bilawal Bhutto said that PPP did not want the country to hold another election, as going towards another general election would only harm the country.
He said that if the PPP had not joined the PML-N, the country would face crises.
He said that PPP wanted all the political parties to address the shortcomings in administrative and constitutional decisions so that no one could point fingers at elections in the next time.
‘We will also utilize available forums like ECP, parliament in addressing these issues,’ he added.
Bilawal Bhutto said, ‘It is my desire that Asif Ali Zardari may become the next president. The country is facing problems and the only person who can control the situation is Asif Zardari.”
He said that PPP would nominate its candidates for the slot of President, Speaker National Assembly and Chairman Senate, adding that his party would form the government in Sindh and Balochistan provinces.

He said that PPP was part of the PML-N government for the past 18 months, under Pakistan Democratic Movement Alliance, in which the party members had complaints that their requests were not entertained by other parties of the coalition enjoying power in various ministries.
‘We cannot compromise on the peace and development of Karachi, we give the same message that do politics, bury the politics of extremism and hatred, we will not let them divide my city on the basis of linguistics and hatred,’ he said.
