Dg khan: Choti police have traced the murder of a woman and arrested her nephew, who allegedly killed her to steal her gold earrings, police said on Friday.
According to police, the suspect–Tanveer was addicted to gambling and allegedly committed the murder of his aunt Brihai Mai to obtain the earrings.
Concerned police team traced the blind murder through modern technology, professional expertise and available evidence. During the investigation, police identified the victim’s nephew as a suspect and subsequently arrested him.
Police said further investigation was under way to determine the circumstances and motive behind the murder.
