Astore: A delegation of elders from Bonji met with Assistant Commissioner Astore Muhammad Shoaib and held detailed discussions on various public issues confronting the area, provision of basic amenities and possible measures for their resolution.
During the meeting, the delegation apprised the Assistant Commissioner of the problems being faced by the local people and put forward various proposals for their resolution. Administrative matters, public facilities and other issues of importance were also discussed in detail.
Assistant Commissioner Astore Muhammad Shoaib assured the delegation that the district administration was making all-out efforts to address public grievances and ensure the provision of basic facilities to the people.
He said effective measures would be taken in coordination with the relevant departments to resolve public issues on a priority basis.
He urged the elders to continue extending their cooperation to the district administration for the development of the area and resolution of public problems.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the delegation appreciated the efforts being made by the administration for addressing public issues and improving facilities for the people.
