FAISALABAD:A breast cancer awareness campaign was held under the aegis of Medical Social Services Unit, Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology here on Wednesday.
During the seminar, women were educated about the early signs of breast cancer, importance of timely diagnosis, regular medical check-ups, and the significance of treatment.
On the occasion, informative pamphlets were distributed to raise awareness and women were encouraged to consult a doctor immediately, if they noticed any unusual changes in their breasts. Medical Social Officer Asia Faqir Hussain said that the objective of the campaign is to sensitize women about breast cancer, highlight the importance of early diagnosis, and ensure the preservation of precious human lives through timely treatment.
Manager, HeartSaver Foundation, Asma Muzammil and others were also present.
