MUZAFFARGARH: One passenger was killed and 13 were injured when a bus overturned due to heavy fog in Muzaffargarh on Monday.
According to Rescue Control Room, the bus was travelling to Sargodha when the incident occurred near Chowk Permit area of Alipur Tehsil resulting in one passenger killed and 13 injured.
After being informed, three ambulances and two rescue fire vehicles were dispatched to the accident site.
The rescue team managed to evacuate two of the injured while the third was found dead under the bus.
The remaining 11 passengers were taken to Tehsil Headquarters Hospital in Ali Port for medical treatment.
