Multan: A training session on the importance and need for career counseling was organized at the Garrison Library, Multan, with the collaboration of Synergy Business Solutions and Irtiqa Organization Pakistan.
School and college directors and principals from across Multan attended the session, with former Ambassador of Pakistan Khayam Akbar as the chief guest.
The session was led by CEO of Synergy Business Solutions and former Senior Vice President of Multan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Khawaja Muhammad Sohail Tufail. He provided practical examples to train participants on the significance and scientific methods of career counseling. Participants appreciated the insightful training. Khawaja Sohail Tufail emphasized that 60 percent of Pakistan’s population consists of youth with immense potential, which can be utilized effectively through proper career counseling by professional counselors.

Educational psychologist and Head of Educational Solutions Department, Professor Muhammad Shoaib Awan, underscored the need for teachers to understand modern career counseling techniques to guide students in choosing careers aligned with their abilities.
Former Ambassador Khayam Akbar, in his address, urged parents and teachers to focus on career counseling, stating that the youth are the future asset of the nation, and their proper career selection ensures national progress.
Fatima Iman, Head of the Human Resource Department at Synergy Business Solutions, explained the organization’s objectives, emphasizing the importance of enhancing and channeling the potential of students and youth effectively.
