Community rescue station opened in Daska

SIALKOT: A community rescue station was formally started to provide rescue services to people
in tehsil Daska. The opening ceremony was held at Rescue Station Daska in which Regional Emergency Officer Gujranwala Syed Kamal Abid, Deputy Commissioner Abdullah Khurram Niazi, MPA Bao Muhammad Rizwan and others participated. On this occasion, District Emergency Officer Engineer Naveed Iqbal presented a report and said that two new ambulances had been given to tehsil Daska by the Punjab government. MPA Bao Rizwan said the Punjab government was successfully implementing the programme of extending scope of rescue services to the tehsil level.
