FAISALABAD: Director General (DG) Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) Muhammad Asif Chaudhary said that a comprehensive strategy has been evolved to lease out and sell FDA properties.
Addressing a meeting here on Saturday, he said that FDA has designed various business models which would help FDA make its properties more profitable. He said that the FDA plaza was situated at a prime attractive location in Gulistan Colony and establishment of a commercial bank branch would increase its importance for business circles.
Assistant Vice President, National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) Muhammad Asif Rehman presented documents for lease of half portion of upper floor of FDA Plaza Gulistan Colony for an NBP branch and said that the NBP Noor Pur Branch would be shifted to the plaza to facilitate the masses especially the business community at maximum extent.
The meeting also accorded approval for leasing out sufficient space for the NBP branch in the Gulistan Colony plaza of the FDA.
