Islamabad: An Accountability Court on Wednesday sought the record from the investigation officer (IO) in a NAB application seeking to restart investigations against the Grand Hyatt Hotel and freeze its properties.
Judge Rakhshanda Shaheen heard the case.
During the previous hearing on NAB’s application, the anti-graft body requested the freezing of two properties.
The court directed the NAB investigation officer to appear at the next hearing along with the record.
Judge Rakhshanda Shaheen directed NAB officials to present their arguments at the next hearing.
The court adjourned further hearing of the case until October 21.
