FAISALABAD: Chairman Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) Malik Teheen Awan has said that the first priority of the company is customer satisfaction and efforts will be made to provide best and quality services to customers.
He expressed these views during his surprise visit to the Sargodha Road sub-division here on Tuesday.
He directed the staff that redressing consumers’ issues regarding electricity should be their motto.
He said that strict legal action would be taken against employees if found negligent in timely redress of customers complaints. He directed for taking all possible measures for the welfare of consumers and providing them with best services.
The chairman reviewed the data of actions taken during the ongoing national campaign against electricity theft and said that legal action should continue against electricity thieves without discrimination.
He also directed to speed up the recovery campaign from defaulters and disconnections of those who are a burden on the national exchequer
immediately. He also took feedback from consumers through telephone for bringing further improvement in the company’s working.
Civil Line Division Waqas Rasheed, Staff Officer Mohammad Talha, SDO Sargodha Road Sub-Division Wajid ur Rehman and staff were also present.
