RAWALPINDI:Deputy Commissioner Rawalpindi Captain (Retd) Nadeem Nasir on Monday directed municipal departments to complete all ongoing urban beautification and sanitation projects along Murree Road, Stadium Road and other key areas without delay.
Chairing a high-level review meeting, DC directed departments to adopt an integrated strategy to upgrade civic infrastructure and preserve environmental cleanliness across the city.
Additional Deputy Commissioners and heads of municipal agencies were also present in the meeting.
The deputy commissioner emphasized that strict quality standards must be enforced in all renovation and development works, warning that no laxity or project delays would be tolerated.
He further instructed municipal officers to maintain continuous field supervision over civil works and sanitation teams to ensure effective service delivery for city residents.
