QUETTA: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Chaman, Captain (R) Raja Athar Abbas chaired the evening review meeting of the fourth day of the ongoing anti-polio campaign in district Chaman at the DC office on Thursday.
The meeting was attended by Assistant Commissioner Sadar Habib Ahmad Bangulzai District Health Officer Dr. Amil Khan Mandukhel Deputy DHO Dr. Abdul Rasheed NSTOP Officer Dr. Shahzad and other health department heads and representatives.
In the meeting, NSTOP Officer Dr. Shahzad gave a detailed briefing to Deputy Commissioner Chaman Captain Retired Raja Athar Abbas regarding the performance of the fourth day of the anti-polio campaign and the problems faced.
Addressing the meeting, the DC Chaman said that any kind of negligence, carelessness and laziness would not be tolerated during the polio campaign saying that children up to five years of age should be vaccinated against polio in all areas.
