BAHAWALPUR: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Bahawalpur Zaheer Anwar Jappa on Tuesday visited Bahawal Victoria Hospital (BVH) and inspected the revamping of the hospital’s operating theaters and the construction work of the Medical II ward.
The deputy commissioner instructed that the ongoing revamping and other development works at Bahawal Victoria Hospital should be completed on time and to a high standard. He said that officers of the Buildings Departments should regularly monitor the development work.
Chief Executive Officer(CEO) Health Dr. Aamir and Deputy Director Development Faisal Shahzad, along with other relevant officers, were also present on this occasion. In addition, Deputy Commissioner Bahawalpur Zaheer Anwar Jappa also visited the camp set up under the Clinic on Wheels program in Union Council No. 19 Bhatta No. 4. On this occasion, he said that according to the instructions of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, medical facilities are being provided to the public at their doorstep.

uty Commissioner Bahawalpur Zaheer Anwar Jappa made a surprise inspection of the Rural Health Center Khanaqah Sharif (Samma Satta). He talked to the patients and inspected the medical facilities being provided. The Deputy Commissioner also checked the attendance of the staff and inspected the medicine stock. CEO Health Dr. Aamir and other relevant staff were also present on this occasion.
