FAISALABAD:Deputy Commissioner Abdullah Nayyar Sheikh visited routes of mourning processions on Sunday and reviewed security arrangements.
He directed to improve security of the routes for mourning processions in addition to rehabilitation of sewerage systems. Water Sabeels would remain functional on the routes of mourning processions till Yaum-e-Ashura whereas security and administrative arrangements would be checked time and again to foil nefarious designs of the miscreants, he added.
City Police Officer (CPO) Kamran Adil and others were also present during this visit.
