Gujrat: Deputy District Health Officer (DDHO) Gujrat,Dr.Muhammad Usman Naeem on Tuesday visited Maryam Nawaz Clinic,Fatehpur to review healthcare services and administrative arrangements.
According to an official source, the DDHO reviewed maternal and child health services,growth monitoring and vaccination facilities at the clinic.
He also inspected the Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI) counter and checked the online vaccination record.
Dr.Usman directed the staff to ensure timely entry of vaccination data and maintain updated records.
Later,he reviewed the door-to-door registration process under the Community Health Inspectors (CHIs) Program and directed the CHIs and Union Council focal person to complete the registration and verification process at the earliest.
The DDHO also stressed effective monitoring of the registration process to ensure coverage of the target population.
