ABBOTTABAD: Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Hazara police Tahir Ayub Khan on Wednesday while responding to the circulation of a viral recording involving a police officer’s call, suspended a Sub Inspector.
According to the police sources, Sub-Inspector Khurshid has been suspended from duty.
To ensure a thorough inquiry into the matter, SP Investigation Abbottabad, Syed Mukhtiar Shah, has been appointed as the inquiry officer. He has been directed to conduct a comprehensive investigation and submit a detailed report at the earliest.
