Sukkur: Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Sukkur Range, Nasir Aftab heard public complaints at his Office here on Friday.
A number of citizens presented their complaints and grievances to DIG Sukkur.
The DIG listened to the complaints and issued orders to the concerned officers for immediate redressal and necessary measures in accordance with the law.
All concerned officers were also present on the occasion and were given necessary instructions to resolve public complaints and provide maximum relief to the citizens.
The DIG Sukkur directed the officers to resolve public issues, warning that indiscriminate and strictest legal and departmental action would be taken against officers and officials found guilty of any negligence.
The DIG said public service, protection of citizens and timely redressal of complaints were among top priorities of the government.
