SARGODHA: A District Coordination Committee meeting was held at the Deputy Commissioner Office under the chairmanship of Member Provincial Assembly and Convenor Sardar Asim Sher Mekan.
The meeting was attended by Member National Assembly Zulfiqar Ali Bhatti, MPAs Rana Manwar Ghos and Mian Ikramullah, besides Barrister Shah Nawaz Ranjha, Yasir Sindhu and Akhtar Baloch, Deputy Commissioner Aurangzeb Haider Khan, SP Headquarters Ziaullah and heads of district departments. In the meeting, details were presented about overall law and order in the district, funds allocated for the development projects of Sargodha district in the budget of Punjab and the progress so far on the ongoing projects. The meeting also discussed new projects to provide funds and beautify the city to make PHA financially stable. In the meeting, other security issues were also discussed, including the establishment of a watch system in rural areas. Officers of various departments participated in the meeting and also briefed it about the per
formance of their institutions.
